Off the Shoulder Dress Prefection

This dress is spring perfection. It is made from such quality material and the colors look great with any hair color. The feminine style makes it great for weddings and parties, well into summer. I am so glad I scooped this one up when I did. It's selling out fast but there are still a few sizes left.

I am a huge fan of the off the shoulder trend personally, and mainly because they cover my sausage arms, that after no matter how many workouts, remain sausage like! They flatter that pretty part of a woman's' neck and shoulders. Such a pretty style for spring.

I paired this dress with one of my favorite spring bags, my Jules mini satchel from Rebecca Minkoff! I love the buttery color and the sophisticated bad shape. It's  classic! I also added my favorite mid heel cheetah heels because they kind of go with everything!

Swing Dress

Swing dresses and trapeze style dresses and tops are all over for fall and I couldn't be happier about the trend.  When back to school times come (shhhh, don't say it out loud) I'll be needing all the comfortable yet professional dresses I can get. This blousy silhouette is perfect for a busy lifestyle. 

I've been filling my closet up in preparation.  One easy base layer I found was this one for just $10 bucks from Forever21! I also got this amazing one from Aritzia! As for the shirt version of this silhouette, I fell instantly in love this swingy floral top and am waiting for a sale so I can pick it up in green too.

What are your thoughts on this swing trend? You in favor of the comfy flowiness or is it too loosey goosey for you?

Goop Pop-Up Shop Opening

If you haven't heard of Goop before, well It's time you have. Created by Gwyneth Paltrow, this site brings you all the best recommendations on shopping, food, travel and pretty much just life itself! I was lucky enough to come get a pre-opening glimpse inside the beautifully decorated Pop-up shop in Chicago and be treated to a gorgeous breakfast at the Waldorf!

If these pictures prove anything, It's that I'm terrible at getting posts up in a timely fashion because I was walking past the Waldorf Astoria Hotel yesterday, which is where the Goop pop-up shop was located, and it's already gone! That was fast. All the collections can still be found here on Goop's site! I'm enjoying one of these candles right now that you can pick up on Goop too! Enjoy!
