What can I say, black and white combinations will always be my favorite easy go-to, especially when a pop of hot pink is mixed in. This ASOS scuba dress is so comfortable and on sale for under $30 right now! And for all you Bachelor fans out there, this hot pink lipstick is the same shade Kaytlin wore all season. I loved how it looked on camera so naturally I had to pick some up for myself. which leads me to the fact that I own about a million different shades of hot pink lipstick. Oops.

I have to tell you. these are THE most comfortable heels I think I have ever owned! I'm not entirely sure how how that's even possible but they are. Every girl deserves a pair of stylish heels that look killers but feel like clouds, and I have finally found mine! 

I wish I could find a link to them to share with the world, but they were a lone find on the mixed racks of the State Street Nordstrom Rack a few weeks back. Keep your eyes peeled for these Cole Haan beauties and maybe you will find some for yourself. Good Luck.

Creative With Black and White

I figure I better post this outfit before summer weather pops back in for a moment. Since there is is still a lingering chill in the air I'm trying to get some final wears out of my lighter sweaters before they get tucked away for next winter. 

I decided to have fun with black and white color blocking and prints. they mixed so well and looked great with my quilted Michael Kors trench coat. I added in these retro shades to keep the outfit fun. lesson learned mix every and any fabulous pieces in black and white and you can never go wrong!

Black and White

Second day in a row you have seen this faux-fur stole. It was just so darn cold in my classroom I had to wear it around. I was kinda giving off a Cruella De Vil vibe here but I'm ok with that. Black and white are just such an easy combo I couldn't resist.

I wore this black and white combo on mismatch day for spirit week at school. Joke's on them because I love a good pattern mixing challenge. Turns out I looked like the least crazy mismatcher in the whole school!

The black-and-white trend is still going strong and I'm totally on board. In fact, I recently went a little overboard and bought a few sweaters that pretty much all look like some variation of the one you see below. The only reason I kept them all was that at around $20 a pop, it's hard to say no.

Black and White Sweaters

Right now I'm kind of having a thing with black and white.

Black and White: Color Block and Dots

As I talked about last week on this post (check it out for my B&W picks), the black-and-white trend is where it's at right now! 

Of course it just wouldn't be my style to wear this trend in an easy way. I added some interest to it by mixing my polka-dot blouse with this color-blocked skirt. 

Add in a hot pink lip and there you have a fun take on the black-and-white trend.

Black & White Moto Dress

With the black-and-white trend being so on point right now, I find it so much easier to get dressed! 

Black and white always seemed too safe for a color lover like myself, so it didn't really feel like I was trying very hard. But lately I've been loving how clean and simple the look is, not to mention super easy to wear on everyone. So go on, ladies, and wear the heck out of all those black-and-white looks while it's hot.

You may also notice I'm wearing two different pairs of shoes in this post. One was school-teacher wear, and then the heels were the dressed-up tougher version.
