These busy days back at school, I'm all about an easy dresses and comfort. This dress and vest are both from Forever 21and both under $40. Even these Ann Taylor heels were scored in the clearance section for $15! These pictures are from the summer but it was kind of summer-like yesterday so the outfit still works, right?
