Being off work all summer and going to Vegas left me with a little problem. I have more summer outfit posts than I know what to do with. I'm going to occasionally drop one in here and there in the next few weeks and hope that it leaves you with a warm sunny glow. Who knows, maybe it will even bring back some warmer temps.

Forever 21 Dress // Coach "Willis" bag // Michael Kors "Bradshaw" watch // Sam Edelman "Trina" sandals // Hat from the Randolph Street Fest
Photos by Jennie of Actually, Just Jennie
With our Chilly summer, this long sleeve dress got multiple wears in! This time it was worn on a lady date with Jennie to Little Goat. She is the sweetest and great to talk to since we have so much in common like our love for eggs and the fact that we are both personal shoppers! Instant friends.

First Morning in Santorini
Friday, August 16, 2013
Our first morning in Santorini, we awoke to the spectacular blue sky you see below. Our buffet breakfast was selected and brought down to our room - down the many stairs you saw yesterday - and was enjoyed on the balcony terrace (see the third pic below). After that we took a walk to the village of Fira, which is the central part of the island where the port is. Tomorrow you will see what we did there, but for today I hope you enjoy the incredible sights from our stroll around town!
Top: Old Navy
Skirt: Pink Tartan (similar option from Modcloth for just $20)
Shoes: ShoeMint "Lina"
Hat: Randolph Street Fest (same idea here)
Necklace: Vintage
Watch: Michael Kors
You have to walk up to the top to go anywhere, and it's a long way up!
A long way down, too! 154 stairs to be exact!
The main hotel terrace all the way at the top.
This is what counts as a main sidewalk in Santorini.
This was my favorite pool we passed, especially at night when it was all lit up. So pretty.
Just so you get an idea of just how high up the city is.
There were so many cool doors, I couldn't resist a few picture stops.
If you have a fear of heights, I do not recommend Santorini!
A very helpful suggestion on the map.
Next Stop, Naxos!
Wednesday, August 7, 2013
After Athens, we made our next stop on the large island of Naxos. The part we stayed in was close to the port and everything was pretty much no farther than a 15 minute walk.
In this part of the island we found that scooters, ATVs and mini cars would pretty much run you over on the super-narrow "streets" if you didn't pay attention and stay as close to the sides as humanly possible.
That said, we spent a lot of our time in Naxos at our Hotel, the Porto Naxos, or not too far from it. The pool was awesome and very rarley had more than two other people at it. It was kind of like our own private pool most of the time. Anyone making their way to Naxos, we would highly recommend this hotel. They were so friendly and accommodating and there was a grocery store just steps from the front of the building, not to mention great restaurants very close by.
We also spent the largest amount of our time on the island of Naxos, so there will be lots more pictures to come this week. Stay tuned!
This was taken right after we got off the ferry boat (the size of a cruise ship!) that took us from Athens to Naxos.
The Porto Naxos Hotel where we stayed in Naxos.
Our pool! As you can see not much company and that's the way we liked it!
A view of the back of the hotel. That kiddie pool was pretty much my personal pool. The big one was crazy deep in most spots which made holding a book to read in the pool pretty hard.
Tank and Shorts: Zara (both purchased at the Zara sale not long before we left)
Scarf: Banana Republic outlet
Hat: Randolph Street Fest (similar for $30 here)
Bracelet: Oia Jules via Etsy (Similar here. She has so many great items!)
Necklace: Lia Sophia "Alicante"

Summer Time Classics
Thursday, July 25, 2013
This dress is two summers old and I still think it's just perfect every time i wear it. It never gets old. These sandals, however, actually are old. I mean really old, like six years maybe, and in shoe years that's like 100. I've never been able to get rid of these old classics because they are just so darn comfy, easy to slip on and match with all things summer!
What do you have that you consider a summer classic?
Dress: Anthropologie "Shapeshifter" Maxi (found one here on eBay in a small, same size as mine)
Sandals: Cole Haan (old)
Toe color: "Bond With Whomever" by Essie
Hat & sunglasses: Street Fest (perfect hat match here)
Spike Bracelet: eBay (Stella and Dot one here)
Gold loop bracelet: Vintage
